Sore Knee In Teenagers So My Knee Has Been Sore Lately...?

So my knee has been sore lately...? - sore knee in teenagers

It was going about my pain in my knee and it hurts sometimes or taking the stairs. I'm on the verge of lameness and pain from seems to come in and not outside of my knee.

Any help or suggestions on what can be great.

Note that I am a teenager. I do not know whether it is a crisis of growth, because it was my knee, which is now 5 days with still no signs of decreasing.
